White Hat (DEC) members for Parkville Post #183 are elected at the Post's Caucus held in June by our Delegates to the State's Convention in Ocean City. We are allowed 1 White Hat for every 500 registered Post members.

White Hats are required to attend five BC meetings, held in the County; five NCD meetings, held somewhere in the District; and five DEC meetings, held throughout the State.
